Perbarisan Rumah Sukan SK Api Api 2012
This year, my fellow Jebatan and I decided we're not going to do anything drastic for our rumah sukan. Yess, long story short... kami SANGAT malas tahun ni. We used all things from previous year for our perbarisan and our khemah. If you read an entry from long long time ago, u would know that i'm kinda.... what's the word...oh yess... i'm kinda sick of these marking criteria. Click here if you have no idea what i'm talking about.
Nevertheless, we abandon our ego for a while for the sake of the pupils. Tak sampai hati plak diorg tgk khemah and perbarisan rumah merah mcm tak diendahkan oleh cikgu sendiri. At the very least my colleague buat jugaklah. walaupun tak segah mana pun. I learnt my lesson. Tak payah beriya-iya sangat..bukan menang pun. Haahaaha So pessimistic!!
So this is how we looked like this year... Enjoice peeepss..

Last year's mascot. I did it myself with of course some help from Mr Google himself.

Go Abg Jebat!!!!

Rumah Hang Lekiu. Theme : Desert.. i think...hihi

Our grand winner this year.... Rajin cikgu rumah ni.. tak mcm kami...hehehe ps: nampak tak jaws tu makan tangan org... very creative... salute toing toing toing

So smart kan. Mereka bolot perbarisan and Juara Keseluruhan. Congrats!!

You know what's funny. Jebat came out third for our perbarisan and our khemah. Klakar kan. Ingt dapat corot. Beriya-iya pun third place. Tak buat ape2 pun third place. So which way will Jebat go next year? No one knows. Tapi dh ada idea for next year. So we have to wait n see.. Btw, TQ pada siapa2 yg berkenaan.
Until next year. out.

Let's honding!!
Haha... i just invented a new verb..
Sorry... haven't paying much and needed attention to this blog. Poor u.. It's been a while since my last post.
Last month, i dragged my mom to accompany me to service Jemoq at the new service centre in Jalan Pt. Bilal in BP. So, how did I find the new service centre? Let me feed ur eyes first...
Not as big as JB's. But i must say, it is much much much better than the previous one in Bukit Pasir. Thumbs up!!

Can u see Jemoq??

Let me zoom.. Dont be fooled by the two white hondas. Cant afford those. Jemoq yang kat belakang skali tu.. waiting to be washed.. oopps lupe nk cakap. here... car wash is FOC!!!! i like i like i like..

Waiting area is a bit dissapointing. For customer who doesnt drop her car and goes shopping like me, urggghhhh i hate it. They should provide more comfortable seats for customers who wait for their cars...away from the counter. Tak payah la nak tgk muka service advisor for hours... Ni sbbb terkene kat batang hidung sendiri..
So what's the conclusion?
I did not have a great time there as much as i thought i will have. I had to wait for almost 4 hours for Jemoq to be completed compared to 2 hours in Bukit Pasir. Maybe they are still adapting to the new place. but... come on larrr.. looks like i have to consider JB for my next service.
Honda BP, better luck next time... peace..

Crossing the country
Hi guys... An entry yang dah terlalu lama duduk kat dalam draft.
Just a short update on yesterday. It was a school day for most of the schools here. Really glad that my school decided it to be the cross country day. Yeayy... takde kelas!! :)
I was in charged at the last check point. It was an awesome experience for me n my colleague who happens to be in other rumah sukan.hehee Rooting for my rumah... and at the same time try to stall the other kids from coming out top.
u know what's amazing... the villagers were super duper generous! they offered fruits and cold delicious drinks to the pupils. siap buat station kt depan rumah masing2. Really impressive.... next year jgn lupa bg kat cheegu diorg pulakss.
and yes... we didn't win. Jebat/Merah came out second. but still, a tremendous improvement from last year!! GO ABG JEBAT!!!

Happy 1st Birthday...
Can't believe it's been a year. How time flies. Jemoq is a year old now.
Last Friday, sent him for the 20,000 km service at Batu Pahat. The existing BP outlet is a bit cramp and run down. Once, my mom accompanied me and she kept comparing it to the BP Toyota outlet that she and my dad frequent.
Ni kalau kat Toyota ni, pekerja dia tak comot. Baju diorg bersih jer. Bay pun bersih je.
*Sambil tengok staff Honda yang saling tk tumpah macam mekanik Kedai Ah Seng.
Ni kalau kat Toyota ni, besar dia punya waiting area. Ada hot and cold beverages. Siap bagi cookies lagi.
* Sambil tengok waiting area yang luasnya macam sekangkang kera.
Can't wait for the new BP outlet to open anytime soon. So Toyota, bring it on!!!!!

How to handle rude kids?
Hi guys...sory for the long absence from my part. No excuse for that. Just trying to catch my breath and rhythm with my new edition of stouties. Indeed, this year is an ultimate and major challenge for me. I was given the responsibility to teach the two UPSR classes. It wasn't our initial plan though. I wasn't suppose to teach them coz i never taught them before. To make long story short, I was given about nine months to turn these classes and stouties around while trying to maintain and improve our percentage from last year.
Last year was actually a breezing and chilling year for me just becoz i've known those kids since they were in Year 3. They knew my style and i knew their capabilities. So, this year is a whole new chapter for me. I have to start all over again. From scratch.
With the first class, i have no major problem. But I can't say the same thing for the weaker class. Sangat bising. In fact, I have to spend the first five minutes shouting and calming them down. Then, there is this one particular kid. Both parents are Indonesians. All he can think is shouting and disturbing his friends. For teachers out there, u guys must know these kind of kids very well rite. Weaker pupils are very fragile for me. Their concentration span is very short. If a friend trigger them, it means CHAOTIC with the capital C.
So in class, I separate him from the rest of class by making him sit with me. Is it working? Yes, for a couple of minutes before his buttocks start to burn up. But one thing, this kid is very the 'kurang aj'.
Once, while copying the answers from the whiteboard, he sang "N***k.....N***k.....N***k.....N***k" happily with big smile on his face. I was furios. So, with little knowledge, i hoped i could implement the reverse psychology on him. So i said to him..."Fine, say it if you want. But remember, each time you say it, it means it is your mother's and sister's n***k!" OMG I couldn't believe i just said that. I was pissed!! He was actually shocked by it. His classmates started to laugh at him. He kept quiet for a while.
Then, a few minutes later. I accidently said "Bagus gile la awak ni" to one of my stouty. Then, u know what, this boy stood up and said, " Hah, teacher cakap gile. Maksudnya mak teacher gile" . Hahah he did not just say that to my face. I was just like, that's it!!! I am going to 'kill' him now. By the way, kill tu takde maksud nak bunuh dia. Just literally speaking. Kang tak pasai pasai polis cari aku nnt.
Next incident, i tried to bury my grudges, cikgu kan tak sampai hati nak benci anak murid dia. So, i acted like nothing had happened. But as usual,he made a scene that day. So, i scolded him and playfully trying to hit his body without actually hitting him. Then, he stood up and went to his seat. While staring at me, he grabbed his worksheet and threw it on the floor. Right in front of me. Aaaaaaarrrggggggghhhh!! He really pushed it!! But surprisingly, I did not scold or hit him. As much as i wanted to. While his friends scolded him for doing that to me, I just sat down and ignored him totally. In fact, after that incident, i ignored him totally. Did not look him in the eyes at all. Ignored his questions.
And the result is quite positive, he tend to be quite calm each time I enter the room. He was actually shy with me. So , what i'm gonna do rite now is be patient ....be patient....and patient. Never lose IT in front of them... So, wish me a big fat luck k. I'll try my best to update on him regularly. See ya :)

Merlin Series 4 Finale Review
Beware....major spoilers alert!!! Stop reading if you don't wish to know.

6. Tristan and Isodle joined Arthur's quest to save Camelot.

7. Arthur met Morgana 4 the first time after her betrayal.
Last Sunday was the series finale on BBC 1. I glued myself in front of my laptop waiting for Merlinjunkie to upload the much anticipated episode. Usually, each episode would be uploaded around 6-7 am (Malaysian time). But i guess bcoz of the Christmas thingy, he uploaded the episode the next day. I was on hot seat coz I was leaving for S'pore that morning. I needed to know the ending. The lady luck was smiling on me that day, i managed to see the whole episode through LegendaryBadGirl channel.
I'll start with the recap...
1. Arthur and Guinevere were reunited after the Lancelot/Guinevere affair thing. They shared a short but sweet hug. Turned out, she was living in Ealdor with Merlin's mom after her banishment.

2. However, Arthur totally ignored her the next couple of days. He said the hug was a moment of weakness on his part. He will never forget what Guinevere did.
3. Merlin summoned the Great Dragon to help.

4. Agravaine knew Merlin was a sorceror after witnessing his enchantment. Merlin killed him after that. Go Merlin!!!
5. Arthur pulled out Excalibur from the rock.... with Merlin's help, of course.

6. Tristan and Isodle joined Arthur's quest to save Camelot.

7. Arthur met Morgana 4 the first time after her betrayal.
8. Morgana's magic did not work as Dragoon The Great/Old Merlin put a spell on her first.
9. Isodle died while trying to save Arthur. She died in the arms of Tristan. Arthur felt bad and thought about him n Guinevere.
10. He proposed for the second time... and she said YES!!!
11. Arthur and Gwen got married and she was crowned Guinevere, Queen of Camelot... GO ARWEN!!!!

12. Before i forget, Morgana was still alive and being saved by the baby dragon... Ughhhh.

12. Before i forget, Morgana was still alive and being saved by the baby dragon... Ughhhh.
So, how do i find the finale? I think it was ok. Arthur should already be a lill suspicious of Merlin by now. What i dont like is we are still back at square one where Morgana is still evil and very much alive. It's like the beginning of Series 3 and 4. Plus, the wedding and coronation were too short. Come on, i waited 9 months for this and they gave us a 2 minutes scene.. Waaaaaa
So, another 9 months to wait for the next Series... Hmmmm Sighhh
